PRICES
All prices are in Euro.

INVOICING
If you provide all necessary information, we will invoice you on order placement.

HOW TO PAY
Our payment terms are the following:

by Credit Card	We will contact you to request your Credit Card payment details.
by Postal Order	Goods are sent on receipt of payment.
by International Bank Transfer	In this case, we will send you our bank details for the transfer.

DELIVERY
For items in stock, 2/3 working days (Europe) and max. 7 days (rest of the world) after receipt of order. 
If forwarding agent cannot effect delivery one or the subsequent day, goods will lie in stock and costs charged to receiver. 

TRANSPORT
Goods will be delivered by express carrier and delivery rates will depend on weight and on destination. Delivery rates for each order will be shown on the last page, before confirmation. 
For orders in excess of 100 kg, you will be contacted to arrange the most convenient means of transport.

ACT OF GOD
In acts of God or fortuitous events, marblesouvenirs.com will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will have the right to rescind part or all of the contract, stop or postpone completion.
